*Free shipping promos are valid for regular ground shipping within the US (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada only. Eligible customers must select the standard option in the check out to activate the free shipping. Qualifying amount applies to merchandise only, not applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Orders place before 1:00PM, Pacific Standard Time are generally shipped out the same day they are placed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. Standard ground shipping within Canada & USA is 5-7 business days. If expedited shipping is available to your location, this option will appear at checkout — you may choose this option for an additional charge. What currency are orders billed?

All orders will be billed in US currency. For your convenience, our website provides an estimated currency converter on the top left-hand side. You can view the amount you will be billed in your shopping cart.

What do you charge for shipping an order?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the location where it is being shipped. We ship from our warehouse in Blaine, Washington, USA using Fedex ground service for US shipments and UPS ground service for Canadian shipments unless otherwise requested. We do our best to provide competitive rates by passing on our shipping discounts to our customers. You will have the opportunity to view the shipping cost before payment at check out.

Do you ship outside the US and Canada?

Yes. We ship worldwide using Fedex. There will be no extra duties or brokerage fees for Canadian bound shipments. Clients outside of USA and Canada are responsible for their own local duties / brokerage fees. We do not include nor reimburse the costs of duties and taxes imposed by foreign governments.

Are there any additional costs to my order, such as tax or brokerage fees?

Canadian residents are subject to GST/HST. Washington State residents are subject to Washington State Sales Tax. Clients outside of USA and Canada are responsible for their own local duties / brokerage fees. We do not include nor reimburse the costs of duties and taxes imposed by foreign governments.
